`Dear members of Community-IX,

starting today at 00:02 until 09:05 CEST the route servers at
Community-IX experienced an unscheduled service interruption. From 02:00
until 09:05 CEST both route servers were running a route server config
that was missing important neighbor configuration.

This happened due to a missing template file for IXP-Manager.
The template file was accidentally moved to a different location while
working on the development tree of the configuration. In consequence
the vendor shipped version of the template was used and all routes were
rejected in the export filters towards peers.

From 09:05 CEST on the route servers are running the correct
configuration again. If you still see issues, please contact us.
